The teams are multi-skilled, combining creative and analytical skills. Concepts are sold to local companies and corporations. The same process goes on inside corporations as well. Universities join as separate accounts with the opportunity to work directly with corporations and/or the crowd. Companies may also launch their own competitions for ideas or fully developed business concepts. All accounts could be linked and mixed teams could be formed.
