During the past 10 years, Peter Kreiner has worked extensively in the field of experience economy. With a Master´s Degree in Business Administration and a special focus on strategy and management, Peter started working as a senior consultant in the company 3rdDimension in 2000, handling international and domestic clients as diverse as Microsoft, Ikea, Pfizer, leading Danish bank Danske Bank and Unilever. During this time, Peter headed major events within a number of fields, including the opening of the Copenhagen Metro in October 2002. During this period, Peter was also a much sought-after and popular public speaker in the field of experience economy.
In 2007, Peter joined the team at restaurant noma as Director of Business Development. But less than a year later, his role changed, and he simply became the Director of noma, a position he still holds today along with an additional position as Director of the self-governing institution Nordic Food Lab. Behind the titles lies the commercial responsibility of both organisations including PR, marketing, handling of external relations etc. In his daily work, Peter works closely with Head Chef and partner at noma René Redzepi, and together they form the top management of the restaurant.
