This greek gamification startup aims at improving the hiring process for both employer and candidate, through a user–friendly psychometric tool. The platform is designed to take away the stress of the hiring process for the candidate, and also to help to enhance the employer brand, while minimising the risk of a bad hire for the company, and associated costs. It also maximises the chances for the employer to identify talent and select it in a biased-free manner.
Their proposal consists of a role game through which each candidate makes decisions, revealing their essential personality traits, that often go unnoticed in traditional selection processes. After a comparison of the soft skills presented by the participants, the employer will be in a much better position to identify the best match for the company.
