Event Details

On behalf of STAY Partnership, Creative Business Cup, Art & Design Media of the Economic Daily Group (China) and China Cultural Center in Copenhagen, we are pleased to invite you to a reception and banquet at 19.00 to 21.30.

Menu:
Starter: Baked turbot with green asparagus, watercress and fermented-onion and buttermilk sauce.

Main course: Veal fillet on brisket fricassee with baked onions and sherry sauce.

Dessert: Almond pannacotta with apple compote, vanilla sauce and mint. Served with fresh berries, when in season.

Vegetarian menu:
Starter: Pickled and grilled new onion with carrots, watercress, crisp and varm vinaigrette with almonds and thyme

Main: Baked cauliflower with truffles, parsley, apricots and baby corn

Dessert: Almond pannacotta with apple compote, vanilla sauce and mint. Served with fresh berries, when in season.
