Only 14 percent of new startup companies were founded by females in Denmark last year. This is a challenge for the country's abilities to create growth, and the country can miss out on important innovations if the diversity doesn't expand. New studies by the global management consulting firm McKinsey shows that increased diversity between the sexes within the startup sector creates higher values within companies. The missing gender diversity is therefore a problem to society because of the lack of trustworthy values. There is a great need of more female founders in Denmark and the speakers of this panel session will therefore discuss what it takes to solve these problems and what it takes to create a broader diversity between the genders in the startup sector.

What are the possibilities and limitations of the new tools? Can they be used for ready-made production solutions? How do you get started? These are some of the questions you will get answered in this talk by Søren Boesen, the managing partner at Kvalifik.
