Daniela Terminel is Vice President for the EMEA region of Endeavour; helping high-impact Entrepreneurs unleash their potential through mentorship networks and strategic advice inspiration.

Daniela is responsible for leading the expansion in the region and supporting affiliate’s operations as well as managing the global pre and post-selection experience for entrepreneurs in Egypt, Greece, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey and UAE.

Previously, Daniela was a key member of the Endeavor Mexico team for 3 years, in both Search & Selection and Entrepreneur Services (2004-2006). In these roles she’s worked with hundreds of startups and scale-ups, helping them identify their growth challenges, from fundraising to expansion strategy to talent management, and how to address them through Endeavor’s network of mentors and partners.

She holds a BA in International Business from Universidad Anahuac Norte in Mexico City, and has participated in a number of leadership programs such as the Stanford-Endeavor Leadership Program and the American Express Leadership Academy at Thunderbird School of Global Management.
