René Reijtenbagh is founder and CEO of Business Angels Connect (BAC). BAC is a Benelux private investors network focusing on Green Chemistry, Circularity, Agri-food, Health and Bio tech.

BAC is partner of EIT Health Be NE and connected to the Dutch Top sector Chemistry and Agri-food. René has more then 25 years of experience in the private investors world. Helping companies investor ready and introducing them to investors (across Europe) and he is investor himself. He is co founder and vice president of Business Angels Europe, the European confederation of Angel associations and vice president of the Dutch Angel federation BAN Netherlands. René studied Biology and Economic Geography and followed a MBA program on innovation management. His hobby is breading horses mainly Welsch pony's and Shetland pony's.
